Please Contact Us for shipment requests outside the United States. We will be happy to provide you with your options.  ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOU INSPECT THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT!  NEVER ACCEPT ANY DAMAGED CARTONS FROM THE DELIVERING CARRIER!

Free Shipping
Spend $50 or more on any online product and receive free shipping to any continental US based business.   Interbank-Equipment uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.  Free shipping includes Dock-to-dock Ground Shipping within the Contigous 48 United States is included in the listed price. Some products have options for lift gate or inside delivery.   Free shipping may not apply to custom orders.
Residential Deliveries
Free shippping may not apply for residential deliveries on items weighing 25lbs or more.  Residential deliveries requires specialty trucks and off-loading equimpent so some additional costs may apply.

Return and Exchange Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We offer a wide range of products from several different manufacturers. Many of these products are standard stock items, and many can be customized to your application. 

Returning an item does incur cost for shipping, inspection, cleaning, and re-packaging to be able to put the product back in stock.  Therefore a 15% Restocking charge will be assessed for standard, stock items. Also the orginal outbound shipping costs and the return shipping costs will be deducted form your credit.  Products returned outside 30 days from original purchase may include additional costs.  If you would like to return an item, please Contact Us for details and shipping directions on the returned item by email or call 866-286-4400. 

Customized products and products built specifically to order are generally non-returnable. We want to work closely with you to ensure that your custom product is designed to your specifications from the start and will provide you with excellent results. 

Freight and Shipping Damage

ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOU INSPECT THE CONTENTS OF YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT!  NEVER ACCEPT ANY DAMAGED CARTONS FROM THE DELIVERING CARRIER.  Proper care is taken to ensure that you items are packaged appropriately to withstand shipping. Do Not Accept Delivery from the carrier if you note obvious shipping damage!  Cartons should be opened and inspected for internal damage.  We recommend taking pictures and refusing the product if damaged.  Contact Us immediately if any damage is noted.

Warranty Period

Our products are made by various manufacturers and are designed for a different uses and environments. The OEM warranty will apply to the specific product desired. Please Contact Us for any specific warranty periods and questions by email or call 866-286-4400.
